Fun Facebook Facts 2014 – January

Fun Facebook FactsHere are our fabulous Facebook facts for our Page for January 2014!

We now have 59 fans of our Page, which is about 1/3rd of our congregation.

ALL of our fans were on Facebook at some point on January 28th.

22 of our fans are female between the ages of 45 and 64, whereas 19 of our fans are male of all ages.

We welcomed visitors from two new states this month: Minnesota (MV) and Wyoming (WY).

In total, people from 39 of the 50 states (plus DC) have dropped by since July of last year.

The 11 states we have yet to conquer are:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawai’i (HI)
  • Iowa (IA)
  • Idaho (ID)
  • Maine (ME)
  • Nebraska (NE)
  • Oregon (OR)
  • South Dakota (SD)
  • Utah (UT)
  • Vermont (VT)

For some reason, we had a spike of visitors from the Hoosier State of Indiana. We’re not complaining, we’re just saying “hi!”. Do you think you could get us some tickets to the 500?

New countries for our Page in January were Honduras, Ireland and Japan and new languages were Japanese and “English (Pirate)”.

Yes, you read that right.

The REALLY surprising thing is that there is a real language code (en_PI) for “English (Pirate)”.

In the US, new locations this month included Auburn (AL), Dallas (TX), Detroit (IL), Jacksonville (FL) and Yorktown (VA).

Outside of the US, some of our new locations were Belfast (UK), Dublin (Ireland) and Rome (Italy).

We had visitors from Surprise (AZ), Fishers (IN) and Shakopee (MN).

Our busiest day was January 23rd, when 194 unique users saw something on the Page.

In case you are so inclined, the breakdown of this month’s Facebook Insights can be found on our Google Drive.
